Filings Bureau is a single-purpose service. We don't upsell registered-agent packages, EIN bundles, or premium tiers. The work we do is the work you paid for — nothing else is hidden in the fine print.

Independence is the point.
We are not a government agency and not affiliated with any state office. Filings Bureau is a private operation built because the public record deserves better than a rushed online form.
The particulars
Where Filings Bureau is registered.
Operating entity. Filings Bureau is a trade name of Highline Records Group LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company in good standing.
Correspondence. Written correspondence may be addressed to Albuquerque, NM (mail forwarded by registered agent). Email is generally faster: support@filingsbureau.com.
Records retention. Every filing we submit is archived for seven years — the longest period required by any U.S. state for our service lines. Earlier dossiers are available on request.
Filings Bureau is a private third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency, court, or records office.
