Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-01-01.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you place an order: your name, email address, telephone number, business name and state of formation, EIN, formation date, registered agent details, and any notes you include with the order. Payment information is collected by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to prepare and submit your filing, communicate with you about your engagement, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party marketers.

Who has access

The bureau’s filing team has access to the information needed to complete your order. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional emails. Each is bound by its own privacy commitments.

Data retention

Order records are retained for as long as required by law and for the bureau’s legitimate business purposes (typically seven years for tax and audit reasons). Personally identifiable information may be deleted on request by emailing support@filingsbureau.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you reside (California, the EU, the United Kingdom, and others), you may have additional rights regarding personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Write to the bureau to exercise any of these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the matter seriously.
