How South Dakota reinstatement works.

Under SDCL § 47-34A-811, a South Dakota LLC may apply for reinstatement at any time. The current reinstatement filing fee is $300, plus $30 for each back annual report and a $50 late fee per delinquent annual report. A tax clearance from the Department of Revenue is required.
