How Utah reinstatement works.

Under Utah Code § 48-3a-709, an administratively dissolved Utah LLC may apply for reinstatement within 2 years. The practical cost is the $54 filing fee plus any missed $18 annual report fees, $10 late renewal fees, and any tax liabilities owed.
