How Wyoming reinstatement works.

Under Wyo. Stat. § 17-29-705, an administratively dissolved Wyoming LLC may seek reinstatement within 2 years. The $100 reinstatement fee, plus delinquent annual report/license tax amounts ($60 or two-tenths of one mill on Wyoming assets), plus a $250 penalty if the failure involved a missing registered agent.
